What are packaging sleeves?
Packaging sleeves, also known as sleeve boxes, are printed wraps made of paper or cardstock that slide over a product or its main packaging, such as a box, bottle, jar, or tray. They do not fully enclose the product but act as an outer layer to add branding, design, or product information.

Guide to Measuring the Right Size of a Packaging Sleeve
To accurately measure the right size of a packaging sleeve, follow these two simple steps.
- Step 1: Take a blank piece of paper and wrap it around your product.
- Step 2: Mark the spot where both ends of the paper meet—this gives you the sleeve’s length. Make sure to add a little extra space for the tape or sealing area.
Peel and Seal Option: A 1/2-inch-wide double-sided tape is added to one end of the sleeve to make it easy to seal.

Bleached paper provides a refined appearance and high-quality printing.
Unbleached paper is eco-friendly and sustainable but produces dull colors.
