Foam Inserts
Foam inserts are used to protect fragile and delicate items from damage during transportation. Two foam materials are available: PU and EVA foam. PU foam is flexible and resembles a sponge, while EVA foam is harder and resembles a yoga mat.
Cardboard Inserts
Available in paperboard and corrugated material, paperboard inserts are used for lightweight items, while corrugated inserts are the ideal choice for heavier and fragile items. Cardboard inserts are mostly used in mailer boxes to hold fragile items like bottles.

Unbleached paper is eco-friendly and sustainable but produces dull colors.
It is sturdy with a thickness of 1/16", making it ideal for shipping 1–2 kg fragile items.

A clear liquid coating is applied to printed designs to provide light protection; however, it is not eco-friendly.
