Custom Box Inserts

Custom box inserts are used to protect and hold the products inside the box. You can order foam or cardboard inserts in any size according to your needs.

In addition to protecting your products, packaging inserts make your unboxing experience even more delightful by showcasing your items beautifully.

If you have multiple items in a single box, using packaging inlays is an excellent way to arrange and perfect fit in a box.

2 Types of Box Inserts Are Available

Explore our wide variety of box insert options that are specifically designed to protect your products and showcase them in the best possible way.

Foam Inserts

Foam inserts are used to protect fragile and delicate items from damage during transportation. PU foam is flexible and looks like a sponge, while EVA foam is harder and looks like a yoga mat.

Cardboard Inserts

Available in paperboard and corrugated material, corrugated box inserts have flutes between two layers of paperboard. Corrugated inserts are the ideal choice for heavier and fragile items.

Cardboard Box Insert Materials

Provide your products with maximum protection using cardboard and corrugated inserts. These inserts offer stability and cushioning to your items during shipping and handling, ensuring their safety and integrity. Order custom-sized cardboard inserts to snugly fit any product inside the box.

Common Insert Structures

Custom box inserts are tailored to fit your products perfectly. The size, weight, and positioning of each item determine the structure of the insert, ensuring optimal security. Here are a few common examples.

Box Insert (without backing)

These box inserts are typically used for products that can rest directly at the bottom of the box without needing elevation. They work well for items of similar sizes.

Box Insert (with backing)

These box inserts are frequently used for products that are similar in size and require elevation to fit snugly. Without elevation, the products may slip through.
