Material:
- Cardstock: Cardstock is ideal for packaging lightweight soap bars. It provides high-quality printing, and we offer various thickness options such as 14 pt, 18 pt, and 24 pt.
Material Thickness:
- 14pt: Ideal for packing lightweight soaps, providing normal protection.
- 18pt: A bit more thickness helps accommodate the increased weight of the soap, providing better durability and a feeling of quality.
- 24pt: Thicker material is best for heavier soaps. It ensures the soap packaging holds up well and supports the weight of the soap without bending.
Standard Soap Box Sizes:
You can order boxes in any size, but the standard sizes of soap boxes typically depend on the shape and type of the soap. Common dimensions are as follows:
- Small Soap Box Size: 2.75″ x 1.38″ x 4.25″
- Medium Soap Box Size: 3.5″ x 1.25″ x 2.25″
- Large Soap Box Size: 4.25″ x 1.5″ x 3″
